PB 85K (B70) prestressed concrete railway sleepers are an integral part of the railway track structure. Their key advantage is their high degree of flexibility. Whether for the construction of new railway lines, modernisation or track renewal, this product provides a fast and efficient solution for installation and maintenance while ensuring a long service life for the railway track. Through many years of continuous development in quality and production processes, we offer our customers an ideal solution for a wide range of requirements.
We have expanded our product range with FS 150 concrete sleepers. These sleepers provide an ideal alternative to conventional impregnated timber sleepers and can replace timber sleepers in locations where standard railway sleepers cannot be installed. With a height of 150 mm, equivalent to that of a timber sleeper, the FS 150 can be used as a direct alternative without requiring additional modification of the ballast bed. This product provides a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to impregnated timber sleepers, helping to reduce their negative environmental impact.
FS 150 concrete sleepers are also available with an under-sleeper pad (USP), designed to provide characteristics closer to those of timber sleepers by reducing the impact of dynamic forces on the ballast bed and structures, as well as reducing vibrations.
