The safe, professional and efficient handling of used concrete and timber sleepers is a key component of our commitment to service. As part of the Moll Rail Europe group, we also provide comprehensive processing and disposal services, including logistics, documentation and legally compliant record-keeping.

Used railway sleepers can be delivered to Moll Rail by truck or rail wagon, or collected by us. They are then sorted, cleaned and refurbished in accordance with defined quality and safety standards. Where technically and legally feasible, we return them to service as certified used components. Sleepers that can no longer be reused are professionally recycled or disposed of.

These processes enable us to close material cycles and conserve valuable resources. In this way, we provide network operators, construction companies and infrastructure partners with a reliable, end-to-end solution – environmentally responsible and technically sound.
